1. Our guarantee and return policy is simple. We guarantee all our products 100% from defects and imperfections. If your not satisfied with any item, just return the items in the unopened package and in original condition and postmarked within 5 days of your receiving them to be eligible for a full refund less any shipping. Shipping is not refundable. Otherwise a gift certificate will be issued. There is no restocking fee.
2. We try to ship your order out within 1 business day.
3. Expedited Shipping: Just add a comment to special instructions on the order form as to how soon you need it and we will adjust the cost to reflect the faster shipping.
Tax information: No tax if shipped outside of California. California addresses, please add 8.25% to the order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is usually First Class Mail [3-6 days]. It depends on the total purchase as follows:
$0.00 to $14.99 is $1.00 for shipping; 15.00 to 24.99 is $2.00; 25.00 to 35.99 is $3.00; 36.00 to 44.99 is $4.00; 45.00 and up is $5.00 max.
